FAQ's
-
When should I order my flowers?Around 4-6 months before your event date. This allows plenty of time for you receive your order, and make sure you’re happy with everything. If you order too much before this, you could make changes to your event theme that may affect your flower choices.
-
Where do you deliver to?Australia wide. At this stage we do not offer international shipping.
-
Can I order customised flower bouquets and event décor? Our business model is to create floral designs that can be easily and quickly purchased online with minimal fuss. As our business grows we will have more and more options to choose from which will hopefully cater to more tastes. However, you can contact us with your special requests, but of course the cost of your flowers will then reflect the extra time gone into creating a bespoke floral design for your event.
-
How can I be sure the flowers are the right colour? We offer “sample boxes” for this very reason. You can order a sample box in each of our collections, and if you’d like a sample for anything else you can see on our site, please contact us and we can offer a customised sample box to be purchased. We understand the importance of making sure your colours are well coordinated.
-
How do I measure my head for a flower crown?Start with a long piece of string. Place the piece of string around your head where you would like your flower crown to sit. Just a relaxed tightness, no need to pull super tight. Then take the piece of string and measure the length with a ruler of tape measure.
-
Why are the flower combs plastic and not metal? We’ve trialled the metal hair combs and found they were just too slippery to hold in the hair properly. The metal ones do look nicer in product photos, but at the end of the day, the comb isn’t actually visible, and we’d prefer to offer a product that actually does its job!
-
How do I pin on the buttonholes and corsages? All our buttonholes and corsages come with a t-bar pin to allow them to be easily attached to the lapel or shoulder. The pin slides across-ways through the fabric of the garment. We also include a pearl headed pin if extra stabilisation is needed. The pin is inserted up and out of the fabric parallel to the stem, and then pushed up through the side of the buttonhole or corsage stem.
-
How do I carry my bouquet correctly?Bridal bouquets should be carried with relaxed arms so the bouquet sits in line with the pelvis rather than up near your chest. When you’re nervous you tend to tighten up your arms and the bouquet will sit up too close to your face. Concentrate on keeping your arms relaxed and down and your photos and videos will reflect how relaxed you looked!
