Shipping Policy
Most of our products are made to order, so please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your flowers and products to be created. Shipping then should only be around 1 week after that. You can always contact us if you have any questions or special requests such as an urgent order.
We currently ship Australia wide, sorry, no international shipping. As we grow we may change this, or if you’d like to send us a special request, we can try to accommodate your needs.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Polly’s Garden we try to give you every opportunity to check out colours and flowers before you buy (see our sample boxes) but if something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us within 14 days so we can try to rectify the problem.
We only offer refunds if the goods are broken or damaged in some way, do not match the description or are the wrong size.
